Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry form, Korviq securely stores the details you provide so the team can review and respond. The Meta campaign form includes your name, location, business details, requested services, verified email address and WhatsApp number. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Hosting information
The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and service operation.
Campaign attribution
When you arrive through an advertising or campaign link, Korviq may store the link's campaign parameters, landing page, referring page and Meta click identifier with your enquiry. This information is used to understand which campaign led to the request and is not treated as an additional form answer.
Advertising measurement
Korviq uses the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and whether an advertising visitor submits an enquiry. Meta may receive browser and device information under its own privacy terms. Korviq uses this information to measure and improve advertising performance.
Email and team notifications
When you request a verification code, the completed enquiry details are stored and sent to Korviq's private Telegram chat so the team can respond even if verification is not completed. A short-lived code is then sent to confirm the email address. Verification codes expire automatically and are not stored as readable text.
How information is used
Information sent to Korviq is used to respond to the request, understand the business need and prepare relevant project communication. It is not sold.
Your choices
You may ask Korviq to correct or delete information you have sent, subject to legal and contractual recordkeeping requirements.
